Saturday Off-Sites
Online registration will close on Monday, 22 October. To register for a Saturday off-site activity, visit the MyEO Event links below, or, visit the DX18 Registration and Information Desk at the Oxford Hotel on Wednesday, 24 October when you check-in.
Important: These activities are open to members and their registered guests. All off-site activities will take place on Saturday, 27 October 2018. The activities will depart from the Oxford Hotel. Non-DX18 guests may attend ONLY with space permitting following DX18 attendee registration.
Please read these important notes about off-site activities before you register!
- Registered members and their registered guests (full or limited participation) may sign-up for ONE (1) off-site activity per person.
- All off-site activities are user-pay experiences. The cost is only $60. Cost includes transportation to and from the off-site activity in addition to lunch and beverages.
- All off-site activities have limited space and are first come, first served.
- Some activities are weather permitting and may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
- All user-pay activities are non-refundable, unless MyEO DealExchange cancels.
- All events will depart from and return to the Oxford Hotel. Please review departure and return times listed below before selecting an off-site activity.

DESCRIPTION
Worldwide Vintage Autos is a licensed and bonded Colorado vintage car dealership that specializes in vintage cars or trucks of your dreams. As a vintage and classic car enthusiast, you need a central location to search out those unique vehicles that allow you to pursue your passion for cars. One of the largest classic automobile dealerships in the world, they sell over 700 vintage cars a year, they feature over 200 actual vehicles in their 60,000 square foot showroom, and showcase a substantial online inventory of classic and vintage cars for sale!
This private MyEO DX2018 tour will show you behind the scenes of this successful business. You will have a private tour of the showroom, exposure to rare vintage cars, hear the owners tell their story of how they transitioned from working in the real estate industry to turning their passion for cars into one of the largest vintage dealerships in the country. This is a thriving business that car enthusiasts will love to visit and explore.
Following the private tour you will have lunch at the boomingly popular Stanley Marketplace.

Description
The Flatirons are rock formations in the westernUnited States, near Boulder, Colorado, consisting of flatirons, a steeply sloping triangular landform created by the differential erosion of a steeply dipping, erosion-resistant layer of rock overlying softer strata. The Flatirons consist of conglomeraticsandstone of the Fountain Formation . Geologists estimate the age of these rocks as 290 to 296 million years; they were lifted and tilted into their present orientation between 35 and 80 million years ago, during the Laramide Orogeny . The Flatirons were subsequently exposed by erosion.
Activity
Hiking the Flatirons near Boulder, Colorado is a must during your trip to the glorious Rocky Mountains. The trail draws you across a green meadow, then up through a notch between the First and Second Flatiron. You’ll find the best part of this hike in the Flatirons at the end of the trail: some breathtaking and unmatched views of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains
Tom Prudence, EO Colorado Member, will be your tour guide as you venture on a 2.2 mile hike with approximately 700 feet of elevation gain. The hike encompasses both easy and somewhat challenging stretches, but it can still easily be done in trail runner shoes or even regular athletic shoes.
This hike is weather dependent as the day could either be 75 and beautiful or snowy and cold. Specific details on what you should bring will be emailed to you closer to the event date.

First you will see how the cannabis is grown, second you will see how their cannabis is manufactured, and lastly you will experience a legal dispensary in Colorado. You will leave this behind the scenes experience with a whole new understanding and appreciation of the cannabis industry in Colorado.

Grab your costume and join us for a Halloween bonfire bash complete with wicked brews (kegs), burgers, s’mores and more! Bring your old journals or letters of things from your past you want to let go of and Burn Baby Burn!!! After we Burn the Bull___!), we will launch into a harvest ceremony where we will write letters to ourselves or someone else dated one year from now proclaiming all the great things we have manifested over the last year. We’ll put them in a treasure chest and get to open them at our Annual Bonfire Party next year!
Bring your kids as they will create their own letters to burn past grievances and manifest goodness for the coming year. We’ll have a bouncy house and kids’ activities including a scavenger hunt with flashlights, and when the kids get tired, we’ll have a special place in the house where they can rest while the party goes on!
